In celebration of the release of our first cookbook, Anything’s Possible, we are inviting you to join us for 4 days/ 3 nights of cooking, moving, and learning. Held at the beautiful Stone Hill just north of Byron Bay

We have designed this experience to address any barriers you have in the kitchen. Giving you the knowledge, skills, time saver techniques, and motivation to get you to enjoy cooking for your mind, body, and soul.

Immerse yourself in a weekend of good food and learning, where you will gain hands-on experience in the kitchen with us. With a small group size, there will be space to answer all questions and develop specific aspects of your cooking.

Example daily schedule

  • 4 days / 3 nights accommodation in a luxury retreat space – Stone Hill Estate, Byron Bay

  • Daily yoga practice to suit all body types- overlooking Byron Hinterland

  • A small intimate group of 12 people meaning all questions can be answered

  • 4 x cooking workshops to inspire and provide skills to create a whole foods kitchen

  • An original training manual containing all recipes and information discussed throughout the retreat

  • All meals (3 x daily) – feast on delicious, wholesome, organic fresh cuisine created during our workshops

  • Fruit, light snacks, juices, tea + coffee provided at all time

  • Live Music with a guest musician

  • Access to pool and relax by the fire pit to watch the sunset over the bay

Morning

7:30 am -8:30 am Yoga (customised to your body type)

9 am-10 am Light breakfast and cold-pressed juices, organic teas, and local coffee 

10:30 am - 12.30 pm Cooking workshop 

12:30 pm - 1:30 pm Lunch

Afternoon 

1:30 pm - 4:00 pm Break - You may like to book a massage or stroll the beautiful property, read, sauna, ice bath, relax by the pool, etc. 

4:00 pm - 6:00 pm Cooking workshop and/or meditation practice

Evening 

Dinner with the food we made during our workshop

FAQ.

Who is this experience for? 

This retreat is for someone who wants to cook more wholesome and delicious food for themselves or their family. They are interested to learn how and why cooking can be a fun and nourishing experience and discover ways to make their cooking work for them.

Can I bring a friend/partner that doesn’t spend much time in the kitchen? 

Yes of course! 

The workshops will be for all levels, no question too silly. It will also be interesting enough for the more experienced chef. We are all about making a cooking experience that everyone can enjoy. 

What airport do I fly into?

The closest airport is the Gold Coast. You can then get a 30min Uber or taxi to the venue.

I don’t want to do any of the yoga… 

No worries everything on the schedule is optional. It’s important that you make the experience exactly what you need. If that means relaxing then relaxing it is. 

What if I am hungry between meals? 

You won’t go hungry :) There will be fruit and bliss balls available at all times 

What are the yoga classes? 

60-minute classes that use movement to create softness in the body as well as strength, mobility, and reduce stress. Think holistic exercises that not only make you feel amazing but also promote longevity and health for the whole body. Options are provided for all different levels so no matter your body type you will feel supported throughout the class.  

Will I be sharing a bed in the shared accommodation and how many in each room? 

No, only if you come as a couple. Otherwise, the rooms have 2 single beds. There are only 2 people per room.
